When butter flies

Six hours later across the blue ocean
sunburnt butterflies all over me
they swing so sweet on tricky legs
and magic feet.

Red red butterflies playing fairy tunes
dance flexous under a different moon
flaming lips tasting passion fruit
when they kiss.

Down the spirals of their rusty hair
I keep on falling and I lose myself
in the shelter of their fawny wings
where I dream.

Backyard butterflies shake and wave
hypnotic hands and their long long nails
and lessons learnt become unaware
to me.

Six hours later across the blue ocean
I'm the foxy butterfly on your back
just waiting here for your caress
while I sightsee.
